Untitled Dungeon Crawler Prototype
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Started of as an entry for Dungeon Crawler jam 2025 but evolved into its own game. In this game you get to create your own abilities, from ability components you collect in the game.
This is a simple 5 level prototype (including excuse plot). I would love to get feedback. Especially about the 'make your own ability' mechanic.
How to play?
- WASD to move, Q and E to rotate counterclockwise and clockwise
- Click on abilities (next to portraits) to attack
- Pick-up ability components and mix and match them in the "Ability UI" (click on portrait to open it for a player)

Install instructions
macOS:
Unzip the zip file and double click `DCJam2025`.
macOS may block the app because it was not downloaded from the App Store. Though this should not happen for the signed version.
To open it anyway:
1. Locate DCJam2025.app in Finder.
2. Right-click (or Control-click) the app icon.
3. Select "Open" from the context menu.
4. Click "Open" in the dialog that appears.
Linux:
Unzip the file. Then make sure its executable:
# chmod +x DCJam2025 # ./DCJam2025
